"Year 6 are working incredibly hard towards the SATs they will be sitting in May. Some children even came into school in the holidays for Easter Revision Club!
On Friday 18th March 2016 the pupils took on the teachers at netball.
Fourteen children from Tenterden Junior School competed in a cross-country competition at Ashford School.
On Wednesday 9th March, the children of the lower school took part in an enjoyable day of Roman based craft activities.
We celebrated World Book Week with lots of learning opportunities based around the book The Day The Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt and illustrations by Oliver Jeffers. On Thursday and Friday we enjoyed DEAR - Drop Everything And Read, which is when the children pick a book they want to read with an adult, and they just read. We marked World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March 2016 by dressing up as our favourite book characters, and the results were amazing.
On 24th March 2016 70 children and 50 adults travelled to London to see Wicked.

Among many amusing and some 'horrid' facts the children gave a clear picture of how The Tudors lived.
3K displayed their work to parents, family and friends at the completion of their topic 'Travel Planners'
The whole school celebrated a beautiful Christingle Service at St Mildred's Church led by Canon Lindsay Hammond.
The theory of Growth Mindset has become a passion in Year 6, and is now spreading throughout the school to all staff and children alike.
