It was a pleasure to be able to take the Year 6 House Captains to the War Memorial today, to lay our school wreath in remembrance of all who have fought to give us our freedom.

We are enjoying our picnic lunches each day outside while the sun shines. We have lots of space to play and sit and eat in the playground and on the grass areas since each bubble has their own allocated break times.
Dolphin Class had lots of fun this afternoon learning about different pirate punishments!
The class carried out a debate to compare the 18th Century punishments to those of the 21st Century. Volunteer 'culprits' were tried in front of our class 'jury' for crimes such as stealing from the ship's galley or simply being an elderly slave, unable to carry out their chores.
Final total is £3497.17
A great day today learning the basics of First Aid! The children were extremely mature, asking lots of sensible questions and practising the techniques of CPR, using a defibrillator and bandaging on each other.
Today was our first Year 5 & 6 Community Collective Worship.
Great news!
All the Junior children had a special day at Kench Hill - a local outdoor leaning centre, with their class.
Thank you to everyone who came to our first Year 3 and 4 Community Collective Worship.
It was lovely to welcome you all.
